1. Requirements to know before publishing on the Pigu marketplace
a. Eligible merchants and products
In order to sell on Pigu, your sales channel in the Baltic countries and Finland, you must meet the following criteria:

b. Commission and registration process
The Seller will have to pay the Service Provider the following fees:
Monthly fee for the use of the websites will be 39.00 EUR (thirty-nine) excluding VAT.
The commission will be calculated for each sales transaction that takes place on the websites.

c. Products/offers
2 separate feeds are sent to Pigu: product feed & offers.
Don't forget to enable them in your "API Settings" section.
Pigu does not accept offer matching (based only on EAN).
There is the possibility to sell in 4 countries:
For the product creation process, please add the 'Pigu LTU API V.2' sales channel and fill in the required fields.
To create modifications for other countries, you should add Pigu Offers EST API V.2, Pigu Offers FIN API V.2, Pigu Offers LVA API V.2, and map the title and description translations in the corresponding language.
✅ In Pigu LTU API V.2 the product is created immediately, so you can publish your offers as soon as your product publications are successful.
✅ To publish your offers on sales channels in Finland, Estonia and Letonia, you wait until the titles and descriptions are validated by the marketplace and the products are created on other markets. As soon as the changes are created, you can send offers to all countries.

2. Product feed integration on Pigu
In order to publish your products on Pigu, please follow these steps:
Contact Pigu to apply and proceed to Pigu onboarding process.
Once your account is created, add "Pigu LTU API V.2" to your BeezUP store.
Go to the "API Settings" page and fill in your Seller Id, Username and Password available in your Pigu account:
Check the options according to your needs (product/offer/order)
Proceed with the categorization, please make sure you have reached the deepest category level.
Proceed with the column mapping, most of the attributes are documented in Go2 if necessary.
If necessary, exclude certain products by going to the "Product Exclusion" page.
On the Channels page, enable Pigu LTU API V.2
3. Pigu Order Management
BeezUP allows you, for Pigu, to:
Receive your orders (auto-acceptance is possible).
Ship your orders, provide the carrier name (please choose the carrier according to the country of purchase and therefore of delivery with the corresponding prefix lt_, fi_, ee_, lv_) and tracking number, the tracking URL is not mandatory for the Pigu marketplace).
*Your order will have a Pending status for DPD deliveries, not InProgress, only cancellation is possible.Cancel orders (using the reasons provided, it is possible to cancel orders before delivery).
Refund your orders (after delivery). Status “Returned” in Pigu BO changes at the moment when order is delivered to the sender, but not at the moment when it is created in the system. If part of products or quantities are not returned from the order - status does not change to “Returned”.
To enable Pigu order management, go to the "API Settings" page of Pigu LTU API V.2 :
Make sure that "Disable order management (unchecked by default)" is unchecked
Save settings
The "API Settings" button should turn green
Disable all other countries order management to avoid the duplicates
You can now enable this "Pigu LTU API V.2" channel: your orders will then appear on the orders page within a maximum of 30 minutes.
