1. Requirements to know before publishing on the Miravia marketplace
a. Eligible merchants and products
In order to sell on Miravia, the Spanish marketplace:
You will need SKU (SellerSku) and EAN (ean_code).
b. Commission and registration process
No fixed fees – you only pay a commission on the sales you make

c. Products/Offers
2 separate feeds are sent to Miravia: product feed & offers.
Don't forget to enable them in your "API Settings" section.
2. Integration of the product feed on Miravia
In order to publish your products on Miravia, please follow these steps:
Register on Miravia and go through the integration process.
Once your account is created, add "Miravia ESP API V.2" within your BeezUP store.
⏩ Go to the "API Settings" page, click on "Retrieve your authorization code":
⏩ Enter the email address and password for registration on Miravia:
⏩ Your Access token and your Refresh token will be generated and automatically filled in your API settings:
Heck the options according to your needs (product/offer/order)
Proceed with the categorization, please make sure you have reached the deepest category level.
Proceed with the column mapping, most of the attributes are documented in Go2 if necessary.
If necessary, exclude certain products by going to the "Product Exclusion" page.
On the Networks page, activate "Miravia ESP API V.2".
3. Special case of products with variations
If you want to create product's variants, please follow these steps:
⚠️ If you are already publishing your catalog (ungrouped products) on Miravia: first, delete the current version of your catalog on the Miravia side.
⏩ Set the `RemoveProduct` attribute to "true".
⚠️ If you have just added Miravia to your BeezUP store and haven't yet published your products via BeezUP, you can skip directly to step 3.Verify the deletion:
Check the publication status and confirm in your Miravia back-office that the products have indeed been deleted.
Map the `
ParentSku` attribute:Use this field to group all variants of a product under a single parent SKU.
Map the attributes that define the variants (e.g., `
color_family` or `size`):
For example, a shirt might be available in different colors and sizes; these two values determine the product variants. These attributes (`color_family` or `size`) are what will define the variations.
✅ Note:
- You can use a unique value per SKU.
- The `color_family` field has a list of values but can also be used as a free-text field, so mapping your values to the suggested list is not mandatory.Republish/Publish your catalog with the variant structure.
⚠️ Important! If you need to add new variants to a group of products already published on Miravia, please map the `AssociatedSku` field to one of the SKUs from the existing group.

4. Miravia Order Management
BeezUP allows you, for Miravia to:
Ship your orders, provide the carrier name and tracking number, the tracking URL is not mandatory for the Miravia marketplace).
Cancel orders (using the reasons provided, it is possible to cancel orders before delivery).
Refund your orders (after delivery).
To enable Miravia order management, go to the "Miravia ESP API V.2" "API Settings" page:
Make sure that "Disable order management (unchecked by default)" is unchecked
Save settings
The "API Settings" button should turn green
You can now enable this "Miravia ESP API V.2" channel: your orders will then appear on the orders page within a maximum of 30 minutes.
