Summary

From now on, you will be able to access a complete view of the status of your products and offers in the marketplace. This is available for the V.2 channels that have publications via API.


1. Products

Possible product status:

  1. Disabled: the reference has been manually disabled through the "Categories mapping", "Catalog vision" or "Analytics" sections and will not be sent to the marketplace.

  2. Excluded: the reference is impacteed by an exclusion condition and will not be sent to the marketplace.

  3. Uncategorized: the reference is part of a category that has not been mapped to a corresponding channel category. Only applies to channels where categorization is mandatory. These products will not be sent to the marketplace.

  4. In error: the reference has been sent, but it has not been accepted by the marketplace due to an error. In the list of products below, you will see the error message for each product.

  5. Published: the reference has been sent and accepted by the marketplace. In the case of Amazon, you will see instead sent products without technical errors in the publication.


2. Offers

  1. Disabled: the reference has been manually disabled through the "Category mapping", "Catalog vision" or "Analytics" section and will not be sent to the marketplace.

  2. Excluded: the reference is affected by an exclusion condition and will not be sent to the marketplace.

  3. Uncategorized: the reference is part of a category that has not been mapped to a corresponding channel category. Only applies to channels where categorization is mandatory. The offer will not be sent to the marketplace.

  4. In error: the reference has been sent, but it has not been accepted by the marketplace due to an error. In the list of products below, you will see the error message for each product.

  5. Unpublished in error: the offer has been sent with stock 0, but has been rejected by the marketplace due to some error.

  6. Unpublished offers: The offer was sent successfully with stock 0 to be deactivated by the marketplace.

  7. Published offers: The offer has been submitted and accepted by the marketplace. In the case of Amazon, offers are accepted even if the product has not been created (offers without associated products are not visible on Seller Central).


3. Product history

It is now possible to view the publication history for each product, as well as the publication/unpublication history of each offer.

  1. Date: date and time when we sent the publishing or unpublishing to the marketplace.

  2. Status: result of the reference on the publishing or unpublishing report.

  3. Price: price of the product at the time of publishing or unpublishing.

  4. Stock: stock of the product at the time of publishing or unpublishing.

  5. Source content: data that was present in BeezUP for reference at the time of publication.

  6. Modifications: changes between data exported for publishing/unpublishing and previously exported data.

  7. Technical details: technical identifiers of BeezUP publications.
