This guide explains how to use BeezUP to publish your products on the La Redoute marketplace.

1. Prerequisites to know before joining the La Redoute marketplace
a. Update frequencies & methods
Products are published every 24 hours. Offer updates depend on your subscription: dynamic (up to every 5 minutes), hourly, or every 2 hours.
👉 Note that offers can also be launched manually from the "Publications" page of the marketplace.
Offers are published in "update" mode; only the following offers are transmitted with each new publication:
Offers modified since the last successful publication
Offers that were incorrect in the previous publication
Offers that have disappeared since the last publication, with a quantity of 0.
✅ Note: If your offers are exactly the same as those in the last successful publication, the new publication will be skipped.
b. The required item number
La Redoute only accepts products with an EAN.
2. Integration procedure
If you do not have an account, contact the La Redoute team.
Within BeezUP, add "La Redoute API V.2" in the "Channels" tab.
Categorize the products you wish to transmit.
Map "La Redoute API V.2" to transmit, at a minimum, all the required fields.

Then go to the API Settings tab and enter your API credentials:
✔️ Shop ID: which you will find in the "Dashboard" tab of your seller account on the Mirakl platform, next to "Identifier"
✔️ API Key: which you will find by clicking on your Profile in the top right corner, then "API Key".
After activating (switch to ON) La Redoute API V.2, within a maximum of 2 hours – if everything is OK – publications should begin. To verify that the submissions are being sent correctly to Obelink, you can consult the "Latest Publications" tab, which will give you all the necessary details for any changes to your feed and/or mapping.
✅ The most important, if your products have never been created on La Redoute, is to ensure that the "product" feeds are successfully published, as these are what enable product creation.
Once the publications are correct, La Redoute still performs a check/validation of the products. Make sure your products are validated by the marketplace.
Once created, your offer feeds will be published (no more "The product does not exist" errors), meaning your products are now online and available for purchase! 🎉
As soon as you make your first sales, they will appear in BeezUP under the "Orders" tab and possibly in your PrestaShop/WooCommerce or other back office, if your module is configured to do so.
3. Special case of products with variations
If your products have variations such as sizes and/or colors, make sure your incoming feed adheres to the specifications indicated here.
If your incoming feed adheres to this structure, you must:
Filter the "parent" products; only the "child" products should be transmitted to La Redoute. You can do this via the "BeezUPFilter" field and, of course, add the corresponding filter ("Product Exclusions" tab).
Map the "Parent Product ID" field (ProductID) to your "Parent ID" field, or any other field that contains a value common to all products in the same family.
Map the fields corresponding to the possible variation axes. To discover the axes authorized by La Redoute, you can filter on the "Variation Axis" field in our tool.
4. Attribute Matching
Very often, in your product release report, you will get a code list attributes in error. Unfortunately, these codes can be difficult to understand.
You can find the requested attribute by its code or label in the search bar on the column mapping page.
