1. Prerequisites for publishing on TikTok Shop
a. Eligible merchants and products
To sell on TikTok Shop:
You will need SKUs and GTINs.
b. Products/Offers
Two separate feeds are sent to TikTok: the product feed and the offer feed.
Don't forget to enable them in your "API Settings" section.
2. Product feed integration with TikTok
To publish your products on TikTok, please proceed as follows:
⏩ Once your account is created, add "TikTok FRA API V.2" to your BeezUP store.
⏩ Go to the "API Settings" page and click "Retrieve your authorization code":
⏩ You will first be redirected to the TikTok registration form; fill in the requested information.
Once registration is complete, you will be redirected back to your BeezUP store.
⏩ Your Access token and Refresh token will be generated and automatically populated in your API settings:
Select the options that meet your needs (product/offer/order).
Proceed with categorization; please ensure you have reached the deepest category level.
Proceed with column mapping; most attributes are documented in Go2 if needed.
If necessary, exclude specific products by visiting the "Product exclusion" page. On the Channels page, enable "TikTok FRA API V.2".
3. TikTok Shop Order Management
With BeezUP, you can manage your TikTok orders by:
Shipping orders (providing the carrier name and tracking number; a tracking URL is not required for TikTok Shop).
Canceling orders (using the provided reasons; orders can be cancelled prior to delivery).
Refunding orders (after delivery).
To enable TikTok order management, go to the "API Settings" page for "TikTok FRA API V.2":
Ensure that "Disable order management (unchecked by default)" is unchecked.
Save the settings.
The "API Settings" button should turn green.
You can now activate the "TikTok FRA API V.2" channel; your orders will appear on the orders page within a maximum of 30 minutes.
