The purpose of this procedure is to explain to you how to use BeezUP to publish your DIY, gardening and home improvement products on the Leroy Merlin marketplace.
SUMMARY
1. Prerequisites to know before selling on Leroy Merlin
a. Offers and products publications
The product publication period is every 24 hours, that of offers depends on your subscription: dynamic (up to every 5 minutes), every hour or every 2 hours.
Note that they can also be launched manually from the "Publications" page of the marketplace.
Offers publications use "update" mode (aka 'normal' on Mirakl side): publications only send offers matching these criteria:
- modified offers since last successful publication
- last publication failed offers
- deactivated (or removed or filtered) offers since last publication : are sent with quantity=0
✅ Note: if your offers are all exactly similar to last successful publication, next publication will be skipped.
b. Required EANs
Leroy Merlin accepts only products provided with EAN.
c. Sales channel management
The Leroy Merlin API FRA channel allows you to distribute your products and offers on leroymerlin.fr, leroymerlin.it, leroymerlin.es, leroymerlin.pt and bricoman.fr.
Your products will be created automatically on the 5 platforms and your offers are created by default on leroymerlin.fr
Remember to send your titles and images in Italian or Spanish via the ad hoc fields that have the suffix '_IT' or '_ES'. This is not mandatory but allows you to better reference your products on the marketplace.
You can choose one or more sales channels, to do so you must transmit one of these values (LMFR, LMIT, LMES, LMPT and BMFR) in the "exclusive-channels" field, possibly separated by commas.
The fields "price", "discount-start-date", "discount-end-date" and "discount-price" affect the offers of the three sales channels.
If you want to choose different prices per channel, transmit the information in fields: "price_LMIT", "price_BM", "discount-start-date_LMIT", "discount-start-date_BM", "discount-end-date_LMIT" and "discount-end-date_BM".
2. Integration process
✔️ If you don't have any account, contact Leroy Merlin support service.
✔️ In Beezup, add the channel "Leroy Merlin FRA API" in 'my listings.
✔️ Proceed to categorization for the categories you want to send.
✔️ Proceed to the mapping of "Leroy Merlin FRA API" in order to send, at least, all required information.

✔️ Go to API settings tab and enter your API access:
- Shop ID: which you will find in the "Dashboard" tab of your seller account on the Mirakl platform, opposite "Identifier"
- API Key: which you will find by clicking on your Profile at the top right, then "API Key".
✔️ Enable Leroy Merlin FRA API (Switch ON). If everything is OK publications should start within 2h. In order to make sure that publications are well occurring, you can check the "Last publications" tab to access publication results and detailed error page.
✅ Make sure, at first, your "products" publications are OK.
Once all potential errors are fixed on products feed, contact Leroy Merlin, to make sure they do create your products.
Once Leroy Merlin creates your products, check your "Offers" publications, to make sure then your offers appear online on Leroy Merlin. 😁
✔️ From your first sales, these will appear - in BeezUP - in the "Orders" tab and possibly on your PrestaShop / WooCommerce back office or other, if your module is configured for it.
3. Attributes meaning
Very often, in your product release report, you will get a code list attributes in error. Unfortunately, these codes can be difficult to understand.
