This procedure explains how to use BeezUP to publish your products on the Showroomprivé marketplace.

1. Prerequisites for selling your products on Showroomprivé.com
Update Frequency & Modes
La période de publications des produits est toutes les 24 heures, celle des offres dépend de votre abonnement : dynamiques (jusqu'à toutes les 5 minutes), toutes les heures ou toutes les 2 heures.
À noter qu'elles peuvent également être lancées manuellement depuis la page "Publications" de la marketplace.
Les publications d'offres se font en mode "update" (normal chez Mirakl), seules les offres suivantes sont transmises à chaque nouvelle publication:
les offres modifiées depuis la dernière publication en succès
les offres en erreur lors de la précédente publication
les offres disparues depuis la dernière publication, en indiquant une quantité de 0.
✅ Note : si vos offres sont strictement identiques à celles de la dernière publication en succès, la nouvelle publication sera ignorée ("skipped").

Showroomprivé FRA API: channel dedicated to the standard marketplace.
Showroomprivé DROP FRA API: channel to use for publishing dropshipping products
Mandatory EANs
Showroomprivé only accepts products with an EAN.
2. Integration Procedure
✔️ If you do not have an account, contact the Showroomprivé sales team.
✔️ Within BeezUP, add "Showroomprivé API" in the "Channels" tab.
✔️ Categorize the categories you wish to transmit
✔️ Map "Showroomprivé API" to transmit, at a minimum, all required fields.

✔️ Go to API settings tab and enter your API access:
- Shop ID: which you will find in the "Dashboard" tab of your seller account on the Mirakl platform, opposite "Identifier"
- API Key: which you will find by clicking on your Profile at the top right, then "API Key".
✔️ After activation (switch to ON) the Showroomprivé API, within a maximum of 2 hours - if everything is OK - publications should begin. To verify that submissions are being made correctly to Showroomprivé, you can consult the "Latest publications" tab, which will provide you with all the details necessary for any possibles changes to your feed and/or mapping.
⏩ The most important thing, if your products have never been created on Showroomprivé, is to ensure that the "product" feeds are OK; these are the ones that allow product creation.
Once "OK," ask Showroomprivé to launch product creation if they are not automatically created.
Once created, your offer feeds will be "OK" (and no longer "The product does not exist"), which means that your products are now online and therefore purchasable! 🥳
✔️ From your first sales, these will appear - in BeezUP - in the "Orders" tab and possibly on your PrestaShop / WooCommerce back office or other, if your module is configured for it.
3. Attribute Mapping
Very often, in your product publication report, you will see a list of attribute codes with errors.
These codes can unfortunately be difficult to interpret. To help you understand their correspondence with the attributes in the mapping page, we have created a portal: click here to discover it.
