This guide explains how to use BeezUP to publish your products on the MATY marketplace.

CONTENTS

1. Prerequisites for Selling on the MATY Marketplace

Update Frequency & Modes

The product publication period is every 24 hours, that of offers depends on your subscription: dynamic (up to every 5 minutes), every hour or every 2 hours.

Note that they can also be launched manually from the "Publications" page of the marketplace.

Offers are published in "update" mode (standard practice at Mirakl). Only the following offers are included with each new publication:

- Offers modified since the last successful publication

- Offers that were incorrect in the previous publication

- Offers that have disappeared since the last publication, with a quantity of 0.

✅ Note: If your offers are exactly the same as those in the last successful publication, the new publication will be skipped.

EANs are required.

Maty accepts products without EANs.

2. Integration Procedure

✔️ If you don't have an account, contact the Maty sales team.

✔️ Within BeezUP, add "MATY API" in the "Channels" tab.

✔️ Categorize the categories you wish to transmit.

✔️ Map the "MATY API" to transmit at least all required fields.

👉 For more information on each field, click the "i" icon for explanations.

⚠️ Pay particular attention to the "brand" field, which must contain a code for each of your brands, not their names.

✔️ Go to API settings tab and enter your API access:

- Shop ID: which you will find in the "Dashboard" tab of your seller account on the Mirakl platform, opposite "Identifier"

- API Key: which you will find by clicking on your Profile at the top right, then "API Key".

✔️ After activating the MATY API (switch to ON), within a maximum of 2 hours – if everything is OK – publications should begin. To verify that submissions are being sent correctly to MATY, you can consult the "Latest Publications" tab, which will provide all the necessary details for any modifications to your feed and/or mapping.

Most importantly, if your products have never been created on MATY, ensure that the "product" feeds are OK, as these are what enable product creation.

Once "OK," ask MATY to initiate product creation if it is not already done automatically.

Once created, your offer feeds will then be "OK" (and no longer "The product does not exist"), meaning your products are now online and available for purchase! 🥳

✔️ From your first sales, these will appear - in BeezUP - in the "Orders" tab and possibly on your PrestaShop / WooCommerce back office or other, if your module is configured for it.

3. Product Title Restrictions

Maty requires merchants to remove any terms alluding to the price (e.g., "Cheap" / "Great Price"...) or the product's aesthetics (e.g., "Beautiful" / "Lovely"...).

Product references must not appear in the title.

4. Special Case of Products with Variations

If your products have variations such as sizes and/or colors, ensure your incoming feed adheres to the specifications outlined here.

If your incoming feed follows this structure, you must:

Filter the "parent" products; only the "child" products should be sent to MATY. You can do this via the "BeezUPFilter" field and, of course, add the corresponding filter (in the "Product Filters" tab).

Map the "Parent Product ID" field to your "ParentID" field, or any other field containing a value common to all products in the same family.

Map the fields corresponding to your variation axes: "size_xx" and "color" for most products.

Happy selling on MATY!
