The purpose of this procedure is to explain how to use BeezUP to publish your products on the FYNDIQ marketplace.
1. Prerequisite to sell on FYNDIQ marketplace
FYNDIQ, the Nordic region's largest marketplace for bargains, is available in 4 scandinavian countries: Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway.
Within BeezUP, channel "Fyndiq SWE API" is only accessible from Swedish stores but other 3 countries can be managed from this same channel.
⚠️ Important notes:
Product data (title and description) can be transmitted either in english or swedish, Fyndiq takes care of translations towards other nordic languages if you enabled associated countries (Norway, Denmark, Finland)
In order to enable some countries, please use "market__x" attributes and set, using a custom field, the target countries for each potential product.
Send all prices in local currency of the target country using attributes price__xx and original_price__xx
Do not forget to adapt all other country specific attributes: vat_rate__XX, shipping_time__min__XX, shipping_time__max__XX, delivery_type__XX
b. Eligible merchants & products
In order to sell on FYNDIQ, you need to respect following criteria:
Your company must be registered in EU and have a valid EU VAT number
Your sold products cannot be in this prohibited list
Your sold products have to be new
EAN to be filled in if applicable. Products without EAN are accepted.
c. Commission & registration process
Standard commission is 12,5% ex VAT plus 1 EUR ex VAT category fee per product sold.
Monthly fee is 299 SEK (29 EUR)
To join Fyndiq, please contact Nina Viberg
2 separate feeds are sent to FYNDIQ : product & offer feeds.
Do not forget to enable them in your "API settings" section.
FYNDIQ does not allow offer matching if you transmit an already existing EAN on their side.
2. Product feed integration on FYNDIQ
In order to publish your products on FYNDIQ, please proceed as follow:
Contact FYNDIQ (email to Nina Viberg) to apply and proceed to FYNDIQ onboarding process
Once your account is created, add "Fyndiq SWE API" within your BeezUP swedish store.
Proceed to categorization as usual, and make sure NOT to map only level 1 categories, your mappings should be done at least to 2nd level categories or deeper.
Proceed to column mapping, most attributes being documented in go2 if needed.
Just keep in mind above advice in case of international listing.
In case of products with variation, make sure to:
Respect BeezUP variation structure
Map parent_sku with your own parent id field
Map variational_properties__1 and optionnaly variational_properties__2 with color or size value
Make sure that each child product has distinct value set for corresponding declared variational_property : property__color or property__size
Go to "API settings" page and fill your merchant ID and merchant token that FYNDIQ gave you during onboarding step, and tick options based on your needs (product/offer/order)
If needed, exclude some products by going to "Product Exclusion" page.
On Channels page, turn on FYNDIQ
3. FYNDIQ Order management
BeezUP allows you, for FYNDIQ to:
get your orders (all countries)
ship your orders
In order to enable FYNDIQ Order management, go to "API settings" page:
Make sure that "Deactivate order management (unticked by default)" is unticked
"API settings" button must turn green
You can now turn on this "FYNDIQ SWE API" channel: your orders will then show up on orders page within 30 mins maximum.
We wish you a great business on FYNDIQ through BeezUP!
