Conrad : products publication

The purpose of this procedure is to explain how to use BeezUP to publish your products on the Conrad marketplace.

SUMMARY

1. Prerequisite to know before integrating Conrad marketplace

Offers and products publications

The product publication period is every 24 hours, that of offers depends on your subscription: dynamic (up to every 5 minutes), every hour or every 2 hours.

Note that they can also be launched manually from the "Publications" page of the marketplace.

Offers publications use "update" mode (it's 'normal' on Mirakl side): publications only send offers matching these criteria:

  • modified offers since last successful publication

  • last publication failed offers

  • deactivated (or removed or filtered) offers since last publication : are sent with quantity=0

Note : if your offers are all exactly similar to last successful publication, next publication will be skipped.

Products publications are, by default, inactive. If you want to turn them on, please go to "API settings" page.

Required EANs

Conrad accepts only products provided with EAN.

2. Integration process

✔️ If you don't have any account, contact Conrad support service.

✔️In BeezUP, add the channel "Conrad API" in your Channels tab

✔️Proceed to categorization for the categories you want to send.

✔️Proceed to the mapping of "Conrad API" in order to send, at least, all required information.
⏩ For more information on each field, you can click on the "i" info to obtain explanations.

✔️Go to API settings tab and enter your API access:

Shop ID: which you will find on your Dashboard

API Key: which you will find by clicking on your email address in the top right corner

✔️ Enable Conrad API (Switch ON).
If everything is OK publications should start within 2h. In order to make sure that publications are well occurring, you can check the "Last publications" tab to access publication results and detailed error page.
✅ Make sure, at first, your "products" publications are OK.

Once all potential errors are fixed on products feed, contact Conrad, to make sure they do create your products.
Once Conrad creates your products, check your "Offers" publications, to make sure then your offers appear online on Conrad. 🎉

✔️ If everything is fine (products & offers), your products are ready to be sold and your sales will appear in the "Order" tab within BeezUP or your own back-office if you enabled this option.

3. Special case of products with variations

If your products have variations such as sizes and/or colors, make sure your incoming feed adheres to the specifications indicated here.

If your incoming feed adheres to this structure, you must:

Filter the "parent" products; only the "child" products should be transmitted to Conrad. You can do this through the "BeezUPFilter" field and, of course, add the corresponding filter ("Product Filters" tab).

Map the "Variant group identifier" field to your "ParentID" field, or any other field that contains a value common to all products in the same family.

Map the fields corresponding to the possible variation axes. To discover the axes authorized by Conrad, you can filter on the "Variation Axis" field in our tool.

4. Attributes meaning

Very often, in your product release report, you will get a code list attributes in error. Unfortunately, these codes can be difficult to understand.
