Exito, the Made in France and Made in Europe marketplace is now connected to BeezUP, this article will give you all details on how to set it up.

1. Prerequisite to know to setup Exito marketplace
Exito marketplace is powered by Octopia technology, hence several prerequisite have to be considered:
➡️ Only merchants already selling on Cdiscount can sell on Exito.
➡️ In order to know if your store is eligible: go to your Cdiscount/Octopia BackOffice and go to page "Your Sales channels" in order to see if Exito is mentioned as compliant with your store and if positive, start the registration process.
Your store will then be automatically created on Exito once accepted.
➡️ Authorized product categories are :
Les catégories de produits éligibles sont : sweet & salty grocery / drinks / Healthy & beauty / childcare / Parapharmacy / Table arts / Pet food, sport
➡️ Product creation is not required for Exito, they are automatically created from Cdiscount (if belonging to above categories)/
➡️ Only new products are accepted by Exito
2. Offers sync
You have 2 options to publish your offers on Exito:
Option A
If you don't wish to differentiate your Exito offers from your Cdiscount ones, you then just have to setup Exito through Octopia backoffice.
Option B
If you want to differentiate your Exito offers from Cdiscount ones: selection/price/inventory level/shipping methods, then follow below instructions:
Within BeezUP, add "Exito Offers API" channel from your "channels" page.
Go to "Categories mapping" page in order to set you costs.
✅ Note that categorisation is not required, since only offers are pushed.Go to "Columns mapping" page in order to map your product fields as usual.
✅ Note : Exito attributes are the same as Cdiscount, you can then start by duplicating your Cdiscount mapping and then adjust the required ones.
Go to "API settings" page and set the same API credentials as Cdiscount, tick "Activate offers publication" and save !
Your offers sync towards Exito, will then start within 2h and results will appear in "Publications" page.
3. Order Management
If you want to manage your Exito orders from BeezUP, you once again have 2 options:
Option A
If you selected option A for offers, then make sure that on Cdiscount API FRA's API settings page, option "Retrieve orders from this Octopia marketplace only. (unticked by default)" is well unticked.
Thus, Exito orders will be attached to Cdiscount API FRA, and "Marketplace Channel" order property will allow you to identify order origin.
Option B
If you selected option B for your offers, then your orders will also be distinct, if you follow these 2 steps:
Within Cdiscount API FRA's API settings page, option "Retrieve orders from this Octopia marketplace only. (unticked by default)" is well ticked.
Within Exito Offers API's API settings page, option "Retrieve orders from this Octopia marketplace only. (unticked by default)" is well ticked.
Your orders will then appear within 30 mins maximum in BeezUP, and your ecommerce shop if connected to BeezUP.
