This procedure explains how to use BeezUP to publish your products on the Planeta Huerto marketplace.

SUMMARY

1. Prerequisites to know before integrating the Planeta Huerto marketplace

a. Frequency & Update Modes

PThe product publication period is every 24 hours, that of offers depends on your subscription: dynamic (up to every 5 minutes), every hour or every 2 hours.

Note that they can also be launched manually from the "Publications" page of the marketplace.

Offers publications use "update" mode ('normal' on mirakl side): publications only send offers matching these criteria:

  • modified offers since last successful publication

  • last publication failed offers

  • deactivated (or removed or filtered) offers since last publication : are sent with quantity=0

Note : if your offers are all exactly similar to last successful publication, next publication will be skipped.

b. Mandatory EANs

Planeta Huerto only accepts products with an EAN.

2. Integration Procedure

✔️ If you do not have an account, contact the Planeta Huerto sales team.

✔️ In BeezUP, add "Planeta Huerto ESP API V.2" in the "Networks" tab.

✔️ Categorize the categories you wish to transmit.

✔️ Proceed with the mapping of "Planeta Huerto ESP API V.2" to transmit, at a minimum, all mandatory fields.

⏩For more information on each field, you can click on the "i" info to obtain explanations and/or visit our dedicated portal here.

✔️ Go to API settings tab and enter your API access:

- Shop ID: which you will find in the "Dashboard" tab of your seller account on the Mirakl platform, opposite "Identifier"

- API Key: which you will find by clicking on your Profile at the top right, then "API Key".

✔️ After activating (switch to ON) Planeta Huerto ESP API V.2, within a maximum of 2 hours - if everything is OK - publications should begin. To verify that submissions are being made correctly to Planeta Huerto, you can consult the "Latest Publications" tab, which will provide you with all the details necessary for any possible changes to your feed and/or mapping.

✅ The most important thing, if your products have never been created on Planeta Huerto, is to ensure that the "product" feeds are OK; these are what allow product creation.

Once "OK," ask Planeta Huerto to launch product creation if they are not automatically created.

Once created, your offer feeds will be "OK" (and no longer "The product does not exist"), which means your products are now online and therefore purchasable! 🎉

✔️ From your first sales, these will appear - in BeezUP - in the "Orders" tab and possibly on your PrestaShop / WooCommerce back office or other, if your module is configured for it.

3. Special case of products with variations

If your products have variations such as sizes and/or colors, make sure your incoming feed adheres to the specifications indicated here.

If your incoming feed adheres to this structure, you must:

  • Filter the "parent" products; only the "child" products should be transmitted to Planeta Huerto. You can do this via the "Filtering - Stock" field and, of course, add the corresponding filter (the "Product Exclusion" tab).

  • Map the "Código de grupo de variante" field (VariantGroupCode) to your "Parent ID" field, or any other field that contains a value common to all products in the same family.

4. Attribute Mapping

Very often, in your product publication report, you will see a list of error attribute codes. Unfortunately, these codes can be difficult to interpret. To help you understand their correspondence with the attributes in the mapping page, we have created a portal: click here to discover it.

We hope this page will help you better understand your error reports and allow you to take action as quickly as possible on your publications.

Happy selling on Planeta Huerto!
