The purpose of this procedure is to explain how to use BeezUP to publish your products on the OnBuy marketplace.

1. Prerequisite to sell on the OnBuy marketplace

a. Eligible merchants & products

In order to sell on OnBuy, you need to respect following criteria:

  • You must have a proven sales record

  • Your company must be registered in the UK

  • You must be provide a UK returns address, or you must cover the cost of any overseas returns by providing Freepost labels or a collection service.

  • You must have a UK bank account or use Payoneer or WorldFirst account registered your business name.

  • Your sold products cannot be in the prohibited list

  • Your sold products can be new or used (good / average / poor).

  • EAN are mandatory.

b. Commission & registration process

Commission grid is available here.

Monthly fee is either 19£ or 39£ depending on selected package.

To join OnBuy, please fill this form.

c. Products/offers

2 separate feeds are sent to OnBuy : product & offer feeds.

Do not forget to enable them in your "API settings" section.

OnBuy accepts offer matching (EAN based).

2. Product feed integration on OnBuy

In order to publish your products on OnBuy, please proceed as follow:

  • Register on OnBuy to apply and proceed to OnBuy onboarding process

  • Once your account is created, add "OnBuy API GBR" within your BeezUP english store.

  • Proceed to categorization as usual, please make sure to the deepest category level.

  • Proceed to column mapping, most attributes being documented in go2 if needed.

  • Go to "API settings" page and fill your consumer key and secret key that are available within your OnBuy account on the dedicated page available within
    "Listings / Imports & integrations" => Add "BeezUP" and get your keys from there (if you cannot see BeezUP, use "OnBuy API" instead).

  • Tick options based on your needs (product/offer/order)

  • If needed, exclude some products by going to "Product Exclusion" page.

  • On Channels page, turn on OnBuy

3. OnBuy Order management

BeezUP allows you, for OnBuy to:

  • get your orders

  • ship your orders

  • cancel orders

  • refund orders

In order to enable OnBuy Order management, go to "API settings" page:

  • Make sure that "Deactivate order management (unticked by default)" is unticked

  • Save settings.

  • "API settings" button must turn green

You can now turn on this "OnBuy API GBR" channel: your orders will then show up on orders page within 30 mins maximum.
