The purpose of this procedure is to explain to you how to use BeezUP to publish your products on the Leboncoin marketplace.
SUMMARY
1. Prerequisites to know before publishing on the Leboncoin marketplace
a. Eligible merchants and products
The eligible universes are Fashion / Home / Leisure / Multimedia / Family. See all categories
Your products sold may be second-hand / reconditioned / new (under certain conditions):
- Liquidation: Product initially stored and put back on sale at a price lower than the original price, belonging to the following types: unsold, old collections, end of series or factory outlets.
- Clearance: Product sold for one of the following reasons: permanent cessation of activity, seasonal suspension of activity, substantial change in operating conditions.
- Product with a defect: Product with a slight manufacturing defect which does not have the quality and/or performance expected of a new product of the same type.
- Exhibition model: Product often unpacked and sometimes used to be displayed to customers for observation, trial or performance testing purposes.
- Creation/Craftsmanship: Product manufactured or transformed in small quantities, either entirely by hand, or using tools or mechanical means, with the direct manual contribution of the craftsman.
- Customer return: Product recently sold and returned to the seller in new condition but can no longer be sold at its original price, because it is unpacked or has damaged packaging.
- Off-label product: Product whose brand has been removed before being put on sale at a price lower than the initial price.

Create your professional account.
c. Commission Process
For any professional ad in the Fashion, Home, Multimedia and Leisure categories with secure payment activated, a commission is taken from the amount of the sale. For these advertisements, the deposit is free.
For professional ads posted in other categories, or in the Fashion, Home, Multimedia and Leisure categories with secure payment disabled, no commission is charged, but insertion fees apply.
d. Products/offers
2 distinct feeds are sent to Leboncoin: product & offers feeds.
Don't forget to enable them in your "API Settings" section.
Leboncoin does not accept bid matching (based on EAN).
2. Integration of the product flow on Leboncoin
In order to publish your products on Leboncoin, please proceed as follows:
Register on Leboncoin and proceed to the Leboncoin onboarding process.
Once your account is created, add “Leboncoin FRA API V.2” to your BeezUP store.
Proceed with categorization, please make sure you have reached the deepest category level.
Proceed with column mapping, with most attributes documented in Go2 if needed.
Go to the “API Settings” page and fill in your Refresh token available in your Leboncoin account. After validation of the contract, access your professional account on the Leboncoin website, in the Settings tab, you can generate your Authentication token (Refresh token) to ensure connection to the flow integrator. Refresh token is valid for 365 days and must be renewed manually.
Check the options according to your needs (product/offer/order)
If necessary, exclude certain products by going to the “Product exclusion” page.
On the Networks page, activate Leboncoin
3. Leboncoin order management
BeezUP allows you, for Leboncoin, to:
Confirm availability:
By confirming availability, the seller indicates that the ordered items are ready to ship.
Confirm shipping:
Once the items have been shipped, the seller can confirm the order has been shipped, informing the customer that their order is on its way.Cancel your orders:
This action allows the seller to cancel an order if necessary.
The refund is triggered automatically during the order cancellation phase. If refunds do not require action via the API, the merchant can take this action from their business account.
Leboncoin does not support the sending of information such as Tracking number via the API. This is under development. In the meantime, you can send this information via messaging.
To activate Leboncoin order management, go to the “API Settings” page:
Make sure "Disable order management (unchecked by default)" is unchecked
Save settings
The “API Settings” button should turn green
You can now activate this “Leboncoin FRA API V.2” channel: your orders will then appear on the orders page within a maximum of 30 minutes.
