The purpose of this procedure is to explain to you how to use BeezUP to publish your products on the Fruugo marketplace.
SUMMARY
1. Prerequisites to know before publishing on the Fruugo marketplace
a. Eligible merchants and products
In order to sell on Fruugo
You will need GTIN (EAN/UPC/ISBN)
Images must be on a white background and not contain watermarks or non-product information
Be able to sell in 2 countries other than the country in which you are applying
b. Commission and registration process
Commission is charged on the full transaction value of an order. There is an additional Funds Processing Fee of 2.35% of the transaction value of each completed sale.

c. Products/offers
2 distinct feeds are sent to Fruugo: product & offers feeds.
Don't forget to enable them in your "API Settings" section.
Fruugo accepts bid matching (based on EAN).
2. Integration of the product flow on Fruugo
In order to publish your products on Fruugo, please do the following:
Register on Fruugo and proceed to the Fruugo onboarding process.
Once your account is created, add “Fruugo GBR API” to your BeezUP store.
Go to the “API Settings” page and fill in your login and password available within your Fruugo account:
Check the options according to your needs (product/offer/order)
Proceed with categorization, please make sure you have reached the deepest category level.
Proceed with column mapping, with most attributes documented in Go2 if needed.
If necessary, exclude certain products by going to the “Product exclusion” page.
On the Channel page, enable Fruugo GBR API
Note: During the post-launch frozen period (about 1 month) you may have some
"OUT OF QUOTA" errors, in this case you should approach your Fruugo Account Manager to have more information it's possible nature.
3. Fruugo order management
BeezUP allows you, for Fruugo, to:
receive your orders (auto-acceptance is possible)
ship your orders (fill in the carrier name and tracking number, the tracking URL is not mandatory for the Fruugo marketplace, but always recommended)
cancel orders (using the reasons given it is possible to cancel orders before delivery)
refund your orders (after delivery)
To activate Fruugo order management, go to the page
“API Settings”:
Make sure "Disable order management (unchecked by default)" is unchecked
Save settings
The “API Settings” button should turn green
You can now activate this “Fruugo GBR API” channel: your orders will then appear on the orders page within a maximum of 30 minutes.
