This procedure explains how to use BeezUP to sell your products on the Greek marketplace skroutz.gr.

1. Integration Procedure for the Skroutz Marketplace
⏩ 1. In your BeezUP account, in the "Channels" tab,
add "Skroutz GRC API V.2".
⏩ 2. In the "Mapping" tab, ensure all required fields are completed, otherwise the feed will not be active.
Feel free to use custom fields to complete any missing information in the source feed.
⚠️ Note: Categorization is not required by the marketplace. The categorization for your catalogue will be sent automatically.
Caution:
In your product descriptions, you must provide additional product characteristics and usage information, if available. The description should not repeat information already included in the product title or contain details about promotional activities and availability.
The title should be clearly structured and include important characteristics, such as product type, manufacturer, model, color, capacity, type, gender (male/female), etc.
It should not exceed 7 to 10 words.
You must enter your product URLs in the "link" field.
⏩ 3. Remember to filter out all products without an EAN or brand, as well as all products that are out of stock.
⏩ 4. Retrieve your Webhook URL from the "API Settings" tab:
⏩ 5. Create your Skroutz account. Once the mapping is validated, you can add your catalogue to the Skroutz back office. To do this, use your BeezUP Webhook URL.
⚠️ Automatic synchronization is configured by Skroutz (every 15 minutes).
⏩ 6. Retrieve your API token value from the Skroutz back office and enter it in the "Credentials" field on the "API Settings" page of your BeezUP store:
2. Orders
To enable Skroutz order management, go to the "API Settings" page:
Make sure the "Disable order management (unchecked by default)" option is unchecked.
Save the settings.
The "API Settings" button should turn green.
You can now activate the "Skroutz GRC API V.2" channel: your orders will then appear on the orders page within a maximum of 30 minutes.
⚠️ You can reject/cancel orders after acceptance.
Returns (refunds) are not processed via the API; they are processed exclusively by the Skroutz team at the end of the month.
