To have a good coding of your catalog is essential.
If some characters have been accentuated or if special characters have not been understood in BeezUP, it can be:

- because of a problem in the coding of your source file
- because of a problem in the configuration of the coding in the BeezUP importation.

In both cases, to verify the coding of your file, we recommand you to use a software like NotePad++ available here.

Open your catalog with Notepad++, and click on "Encoding" in the menu, you will see which coding you have to parameter in BeezUP.
