If you have questions about your BeezUP contract, about the change of offer, about an invoice, about the use of your BeezUP space. Or if you would like advice on how to develop on new networks, or any other questions, do not hesitate to contact our customer service, who will be happy to answer you.

Here's how to contact our customer service:

  • Customer service line: +34 932 20 69 28 – Monday to Friday 10am - 12pm / 2pm – 5:30pm.

  • Phone meeting: HERE

  • Video call training meeting: HERE

  • By chat in your BeezUP Go2 account by clicking on the BeezUP logo at the bottom right of your screen. 👇

Then click "Send us a message":

A chat will open, and you can write your request to our customer service, who will contact you as soon as possible.
