ManoMano marketplace et BeezUP

SUMMARY

The purpose of this procedure is to explain to you how to use BeezUP to sell your products on the Manomano marketplace.

1. ManoMano marketplace integration procedure

⏩ 1. On your BeezUP account, in the "Channels" tab, add Manomano V.2

⏩ 2. Create your Manomano account, retrieve the values

Seller Contract Id and API Key on your Manomano back-office and enter them in the "API Settings" page of Manomano on BeezUP.

Here is how to retrieve the new login credentials:

  • Seller Contract Id: Once connected to your Manomano backoffice, you will be able to find your Seller Contract Id at the top right as in the screenshots below.

  • API Key: First, go to the "Settings" section in the left menu and click to see the options. Select the API Keys option. A button to create a new API key will appear on the screen: Click on "Generate API key" to open the API key generation pop-up.

Go to API settings tab and enter your API access.

Do not hesitate to contact your Manomano Account Manager to guide you if you cannot find the credentials from the interface.

3. Categorize your products.

⏩ 4. In the "Mapping" tab, make sure that all mandatory fields are filled in, otherwise the feed will not be active.

So don't hesitate to use custom fields to fill in any gaps in information in the source feed.

After the offer attributes, you will see a "Product attributes" section.

You will have a drop-down list allowing you to select the categories you want to appear.

This list contains the categories that you have previously chosen in your category mapping.

By hovering your cursor over the category, you will be able to see its tree structure as well as its code:

In each section, you will see the list of attributes that belong to that specific category.

☑️ Note: You will always see a "Cross categories" section in the list.

There you will find the list of expected attributes for all categories. Examples: title, description, images…

Value mapping tool

An "Open value mapping tool" icon is displayed to the right of some product attributes:

This means that the network expects specific codes for the attribute in question.

You just need to map a field in your catalogue corresponding to the attribute in question, then click on the "Open value mapping tool" icon to start mapping your values. (At this step, it is necessary to save the column mapping before being able to open the tool)

Here is a presentation of the tool interface:

  • On the left, you will find the list of distinct values identified in your catalog for the mapped field. These are the values remaining to be mapped.

  • On the right, all the values accepted by Manomano for this attribute, with the value label and next to it the value code.

You can choose to:

  • Map each value manually: drag and drop by selecting a value from the list on the left and drag it into the corresponding section on the right.

  • Map automatically: By clicking on the "Auto-map identical remaining values" button: values with the same code or label will be mapped.

You can reset the mapping by clicking on "Unmap all values".

Notes:

☑️ Double check that all your values are mapped, and don't forget to save your changes before closing the tool.

☑️ Thanks to the new multiple mapping feature, you can map the same field in your catalogue to several different attributes if you wish.

☑️ Once the value is filled in, it will be listed on all identical attributes in other categories if the list of accepted values is the same.

☑️ If you do not see the icon to the right of the attribute, it means that there is no list of values expected by the marketplace.

☑️ Using the value mapping tool is not mandatory.
If the field in your catalogue already contains the correct expected codes, you can continue your mapping as usual.

5. Once the mapping is validated, send your export feed to your Manomano account manager.

⚠️ Warning:

  • Your product descriptions must be well structured with HTML tags.

  • Your product titles must contain the variations, if this is not the case, consider making a custom field to add the variations to the titles.

  • The 'parent title' attribute must be identical for all products representing the range.

  • You must enter the URLs of your products in the product_url field

  • Remember to filter all products without EAN or without Brand, and all products whose stock is empty.

2. Special case of products with variations

If your products have variations such as sizes and/or colors, remember to map the "ParentSKU" field to the "Parent_ID" field or any other field referring to the ID of the parent product of the product in question.
